Built in 1745, The Monro is one of Liverpool’s most historic pubs and was famed regionally and nationally for world-class gastropub cuisine.

But in 2022, against the backdrop of the cost-of-living crisis, owner Will Lyons made a bold decision. With the cost of ingredients rapidly getting out of hand, Will did away with traditional British food and introduced a new Greek kitchen concept, Ethos.

Soloco Creative was commissioned to help educate customers about the new dining experience and promote Ethos to a new audience.
